I ordered a few fish and some cleanup crew items, and the whole process was really easy from start to finish. The prices were better than what I see at my local store, and everything arrived looking healthy. Shipping isn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality I got, it still felt worth it.

I’ve ordered from LiveAquaria a few times now, and overall, the experience has been solid. Shipping has been fast each time, and my orders arrived on the exact day they said they would. Everything was packed well, which I definitely appreciate when live fish are involved. One time, a bag had a small leak, but thankfully the fish were totally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal. I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

Like, you can usually tell fast if something was packed carefully or just thrown together, and this definitely felt thought out. The box was sturdy, the bags were sealed properly, the heat pack was still warm when it arrived, and nothing was leaking or smashed or weird. Everything looked safe and secure, which is such a relief when you’re ordering live animals online. It just felt like they actually cared about getting everything there in good shape. I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered a pair of clownfish and a few snails from liveaquaria, and everything showed up in really good shape. The box was packed well, the water was still warm, and the fish looked alert pretty much right out of the bag, which was a relief.

I’ve had a couple of online livestock orders in the past where things looked rough on arrival, so this one was a nice change. It’s been a few weeks now and everyone is eating well, no ich, no odd stress signs, and all are still doing great. happy with the whole order

My order from LiveAquaria showed up just how I placed it, no mix-ups or weird issues. They sent the updates and tracking quickly too, which made the whole thing easy to keep an eye on. It was just a simple order, but that part was handled well. I’d order from them again.

My first impression wasn’t great since the item showed up dead on arrival, but the DOA claim was handled fast. The refund came through without any issues, so at least that part went smoothly.

I’ve ordered from LiveAquaria a handful of times now, and I can’t say I haven’t been happy with it. They’ve got a ton listed, fish, corals, inverts, and even some of the harder-to-find stuff pops up more often than I expected. I don’t gotta bounce around to 10 different sites just to find what I’m looking for. Their availability is usually better than what I see at my local stores too, which makes planning out a tank a lot less annoying.

I tend to notice patterns with customer support, usually you can tell fast if replies are going to be slow or generic. In this case, they got back to me quickly and the answers were actually helpful, not just copy-paste. Easy, smooth experience
